The hotel day
The hotel day begins at 3:00 pm and ends at 11:00 pm on the following day. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the Reception by 10:00 am on the last day of your original stay. Extending the stay depends on the current occupancy. Visitors not being Hotel Guests may stay in the hotel rooms until 10:00 pm.
Breakfasts
Breakfasts are served at the hotel restaurant from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 10:00 am, and during weekends from 8:00 am until 11:00 am. Breakfast is included in the hotel day price.
Wake-up call
You may order a wake-up call by calling the Reception – ext. 0.
Air-conditioning and heating
In every room, there is a wall air-conditioner installed.
Safe
For your comfort, there is a safe available in every room. Instruction on using the safe can be found inside it. Before checking out, please leave the safe door open. More valuable belongings should be better deposited at the Reception.
Gęś i Wino Restaurant (Goose and Wine Restaurant)
Mon- Th 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Warm dishes are served until 8:30 pm.
Fr, Sa 12:00 p.m – 10 p.m. Warm dishes are served until 9:30 pm.
Su 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Warm dishes are served until 7:30 pm.
If you wish, we can gladly organise a banquet, special dinner, business lunch or any other event for you. In order to call the restaurant, please dial the ext. 145.
Room service

Car park
The hotel car park is available free of charge and closed for the night. The Prezydent Hotel bears no liability for the valuables left inside the parked cars.
Medical care
Should medical help be needed, please contact the Reception. Extension 0. The patient covers all the costs of any medical services provided.\
Pets
For the charge amounting to 50 PLN/hotel day/pet, the Hotel accepts pets, excluding the restaurant area. To find out more, please check the Pet Stay Regulations.
Internet
In every room, there is a wired Internet connection provided. In the reception hall, conference rooms, bar and outside the hotel, there is WiFi available.

If you wish to call another room, please dial 1 and then the room number, for instance: Room 01 – dial 101.

The reception at the Prezydent Hotel will be glad to provide you with all the information you might need. Extension 0.

Smoking ban
Remember, there is a total smoking ban in force. Violating this rule will result in a fine amounting to 1000 PLN.
